Job description

Were looking for a driven agile M&E Project Manager who can lead the MEP process during preconstruction and delivery. You will be responsible for 2 projects - One Clapham due for completion in June 2026 and comprising 307 new homes right by Clapham Junction station. Upon completion of Clapham youll move onto the preconstruction of Lots Road just the other side of the Thames. This one is 264 high quality units being built over 5 blocks.

Youll have experience in large residential projects working on the design as well as delivery on these types of developments. You will be used to liaising with and coordinating consultants & subcontractors working alongside commercial and design teams and getting involved with planning and reporting. Youll be able to manage various stakeholders as well as clients and local authorities. Long term you will be driving the M&E design through a Gateway 2 submission.
