Job summary

A surveying company in the City of London is seeking qualified M&E Asset Surveyors for a European survey programme starting in December. Candidates should have a background in MEP services and be willing to work throughout Europe. Responsibilities include conducting condition surveys and collecting data digitally. Job description

TSA Surveying have recently been instructed to recruit several M&E asset Surveyors to commence a large European survey programme comprising of several sites. The survey programme is due to start in December and will run through into the new year, comprised of various sites in Ireland and a site in Germany.

We are looking to build a team of around 6–8 M&E qualified individuals in total. We are looking for qualified M&E Asset Surveyors, or an individual with a prior background within MEP services, either for an FM provider, consultancy, or direct for a building owner, to carry out a room–by–room condition survey, including verification and lifecycle. All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising the consultants own in–house software.

Candidates must hold a valid passport and be willing to drive throughout Europe.

The role is outside of IR35.
