About the job

We are working with a top three insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Paralegal in London. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with incoming inquiries from clients, insurers and third parties.
  • Developing strong relationships with markets and with clients in the M&A space in London and Europe.
  • Advising clients on legal issues during their Corporate and M&A Transactions.
  • Delivering a personal performance that contributes towards the company achieving its objectives.
  • Due diligence support. Collecting, organizing, and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and other materials from target companies.
  • Support M&A transactions by coordinating closing actions and preparing key documents, including closing checklists, certificates, and memoranda.
About you

Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary. A background or education in M&A / Corporate Law is desirable.
