An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a top-tier Am Law Corporate practice specialising in M&A and Private Equity Real Estate in London . This role offers the chance to work on some of the most complex and high-value private equity real estate transactions in the market, advising leading sponsors, fund vehicles, and corporate clients.

This position is ideal for a commercially minded associate who enjoys working on sophisticated, often cross-border deals and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be given early responsibility, meaningful client exposure, and the opportunity to develop as a trusted adviser on landmark transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Advise private equity sponsors, real estate funds, and corporate clients on complex private equity real estate transactions.
  • Work on a broad range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and strategic M&A transactions.
  • Support transaction structuring and execution across domestic and cross-border deals.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documentation to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, finance, tax, and regulatory teams to deliver seamless advice.
