Our client, a leading name in luxury watches, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Luxury Watch Sales, E-Commerce & Photography Assistant to join their growing London team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across in-store sales, e-commerce operations, photography, and client services. The role offers structured training and exposure across multiple departments, making it ideal for someone looking to build a well-rounded career in luxury retail and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
- Assist with client appointments and manage enquiries from initial contact to delivery and aftercare
- Develop detailed product knowledge of leading watch brands
- Support clients with buying, selling, and aftercare services
E-Commerce & Digital
- Upload, maintain, and monitor product listings on the company website
- Ensure product images are high-quality, on-brand, and visually consistent
- Assist with online order fulfilment, packaging, and shipping processes
- Contribute to social media content and marketing campaigns to promote products and brand engagement
Photography & Product Presentation
- Photograph watches for online listings and marketing purposes
- Learn styling, lighting, and editing techniques to professional standards
- Manage and organise digital image files
- Support visual presentation and merchandising in-store and online
Operations & Administration
- Assist with order processing, stock management, and general administrative duties
- Monitor company inboxes and handle communications in management absence
- Learn internal systems and support the wider team with operational tasks
- Optional training in watch polishing and refinishing may be provided
About You
- 6–12 months’ experience in retail, e-commerce, or photography; experience in watch sales or luxury retail preferred
- Passionate about watches and luxury retail, with strong interest in horology
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Confident using digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and photography software
- Proactive, reliable, organised, and eager to learn across multiple departments
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on product presentation and client service
