Vehicle Technician - Luxury Specialist Workshop

Location: Woking Area
Salary: Up to £50k + £5k bonus | 20 days holiday + bank holidays

The role
  • Work alongside 3 experienced technicians in a supportive, family‑style environment.
  • A varied mix of work including tuning, modifications, diagnostics, and general mechanical tasks.
  • Opportunity to work on high‑end, luxury vehicles in a modern, well‑equipped workshop.
The package
  • Competitive salary up to £50k, plus £5k annual performance bonus paid monthly (from 75% individual target).
  • Fully paid lunch on Fridays and 3-4 fully paid track days per year.
  • Free local parking allocated to the business.
  • Monday‑Thursday: 8:00-17:30, Friday: 8:00-16:30.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with holiday buyback available.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with strong mechanical experience.
  • Confident in diagnostics, fault finding, and all mechanical work.
  • Full driving licence required.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and passionate about working on high‑end vehicles.
