Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience within luxury Spa environment.
• Qualified in beauty/Spa practices at level 2 and level 3.
• Experience with CIBTAC or CIDESCO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the Spa.
• Consult with guests to understand their treatment preferences.
• Provide a wide range of treatments as instructed.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
• Promote and sell Spa products and services.
• Collaborate with the Spa team for a seamless experience.
