Role Description

The role posted is for a Senior Partnerships Manager, B2B Luxury Brand Sales Executive, commission-based business development positions within Pistols’ luxury brand partnerships division.

The role focuses on building and managing B2B relationships with premium and luxury brands in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. Successful candidates will engage with brand marketing and creative directors to secure campaign contracts, UGC (User-Generated Content) and model placement deals for Pistols’ represented talent.

Qualifications
  • Luxary brand B2B experience, A1 closing.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to communicate value propositions and close deals.
  • Relationship-building and client management expertise, with experience in developing long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry, digital content trends, or creator economies is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in B2B sales or partnerships within luxury fashion, beauty, or creative industries.
  • Proven track record closing £500k–£1M+ annual revenue through luxury client portfolios.
  • Established network of decision-makers in global fashion and beauty houses (LVMH, Kering, L’Oréal Luxe, etc.).
  • Expert in consultative, story-driven sales and strategic partnership development.
  • Confident presenting and negotiating at C-suite or Director level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; French or Italian a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Prior experience in commission-based roles or sales-driven positions is a plus.
