Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, or five-star environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals.
• Solid understanding of statutory compliance and Health and Safety obligations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems.
• Diagnose and repair core building infrastructure systems.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and respond to engineering requests.
