Job summary

A premier hospitality company in Paisley is looking for a motivated Lounge Server to provide excellent customer service at events. You will ensure the lounge area is well-maintained, assist in food preparations, and meet customer needs. Ideal candidates should have front of house experience and be able to work independently as part of a team. The position offers 21 hours per week and requires a thorough vetting process.

• Experience in front of house and customer-facing roles.
• Some experience in food service or preparation.
• Highly motivated and adaptable.

• Set up bars and arrange condiments and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lounge seating area.

Role Responsibility

• provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Set the bars, ensure the condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Assist the chef with some food preparations for example fruit plates, cheese boards etc.
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.

• Front of house and customer facing experience
• An element of food experience

• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment

Package Description

• 21 hours per week working between 10:45am - 5:15pm
• Mandatory vetting
• Must be able to provide 5 years of Uk work history & 5 years of address history
