Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older to work in this role.
• Previous experience in a loss prevention role is beneficial but not essential.
• You will receive comprehensive training in the first few weeks.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for branch Profit Protection issues.
• Mitigate the risk of harm to Partners and Customers.
• Manage shrinkage performance within budget.
• Address all aspects of shrinkage.
• Support and coach fellow Partners on shrinkage minimization.
• De-escalate conflict situations professionally.
• Support with investigations as required.
