Job summary

A national heating contractor is seeking self‑employed heating engineers for ongoing work with a local housing association. Responsibilities include conducting gas safety checks and performing central heating repairs. Required qualifications include ACS certifications and a minimum of 2 years' experience. This role offers flexible working days and weekly payment in arrears, along with full PPE provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified heating engineer.
  • Must have ACS qualifications including CKR1 and HTR1.
  • Gas Safe registration is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct landlord gas safety checks and central heating repairs.
  • Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures associated with central heating.
  • Stay committed to 5 days of work per week.
