Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Workplace Technical Manager to deliver premium workspace experiences.
• Manage positive relationships with occupiers ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
• Ensure appropriate communications during projects and ongoing maintenance.
• Support customers with technical queries ensuring excellent service levels.
