Overview
The candidate will be responsible for surpassing customer sales budgets across a broad section of sales channels (On-Trade and Off-Trade), maximising sell-through of the full ABM range-including Finest Call, Re'al Infused Exotics, Master of Mixes, Cocktail Essentials, Big Buckets, and Agalima Organics-and ensuring full alignment with brand owner objectives and the overall sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and brand visibility within the London on Trade sector, cultivating strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and distributors.
- Expand and develop our presence within the Off Trade market, securing partnerships with retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
- Deliver sales targets through a combination of strategic planning, market activation, and relationship management.
- Act as a brand ambassador for American Beverage Marketers, ensuring our products remain the go-to cocktail solution for professionals and consumers alike.
- Leverage insights, market knowledge, and industry networks to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, and strengthen our market leadership.
- Record daily activity and maintain an up-to-date Daily Sales Report in Salesforce.
London-based, with a strong knowledge of the On Trade and Off Trade beverage landscape.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the drinks industry.
- Established relationships and networks in both trade environments, with the ability to quickly build new partnerships.
- Commercially driven, ambitious, and passionate about mixology, hospitality, and premium beverages.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.

- Flexibility as some evening and weekend work will be required to meet customer needs and drive growth across key on-trade periods and special events.
