Job summary

A leading legal recruitment firm is seeking a Corporate Principal Associate/Legal Director with over 6 years' PQE to join a commercial law firm in London. The successful candidate will handle a variety of corporate transactions, including Private Equity deals, and contribute to client management and business development activities. This position offers a unique platform to grow as a Corporate lawyer within an ambitious team aiming to expand its practice.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years' PQE in corporate law, ideally with exposure to Private Equity.
• Ability to manage a caseload of corporate matters.
• Experience in client management and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Run a caseload of smaller corporate matters with Partner supervision.
• Assist teams with larger or complex corporate transactions.
