A facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to lead and inspire a team in delivering top-quality service to a large corporate client in Central London. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills, and the ability to manage cleaning operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial cleaning contracts and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and motivational skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • A solid understanding of Health & Safety systems within the cleaning industry.
  • Previous experience managing commercial cleaning contracts or working with corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee and uphold quality of service delivery across all sites.
  • Recruit, manage, and coach cleaning teams to foster a motivated workforce.
  • Conduct regular reports, audits, and project reviews to support the Operations Manager.
  • Lead contract and specification review meetings with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and account growth.
