Job summary

A Japanese real estate company in London is looking for a Sales Executive to handle property acquisition and tenant relations. Qualifications

• Japanese working experience and/or conversational level Japanese required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new landlords and property listings.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Register client information in internal systems.
• Arrange property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate with landlords and prepare tenancy agreements.
• Provide ongoing support to tenants throughout their tenancy.
