Responsibilities
  • Receiving Operations
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists to ensure accuracy;
  • Unload, sort, and store materials or products in designated areas within the warehouse;
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with received goods;
  • Maintain accurate records of received shipments in the inventory management system.
  • Shipping Operations
  • Prepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation;
  • Coordinate with carriers or couriers to schedule pickups;
  • Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and order specifications;
  • Generate shipping documents such as packing lists, transport documents and dangerous goods declarations.
  • Inventory Management
  • Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels;
  • Update the inventory system with real‑time data on received and shipped items.
  • Equipment and Safety
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment as required;
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of goods;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
Profile and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping / receiving role;
  • Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and documentation;
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other material‑handling equipment;
  • Dangerous Goods Certification for ADR / IATA will be considered a plus;
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and records;
  • Language Requirements : Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level;
  • Team player and strong communication skills;
  • Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems is a plus.
