Role Purpose / Overview

As a Logistics Team Member, you’ll be the backbone of our Food & Beverage (F&B) services. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, from cellar operations to event logistics, all while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Reports To

Logistics Manager / Head of Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dry stores and cellar areas.
• Accurately store and label all onsite goods.
• Ensure safe unloading and loading procedures for all incoming goods and equipment.
• Manage wet stock levels and ensure proper rotation.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels during events/matchdays.
• Distribute stock and goods to all retail and premium areas and bars.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing correct PPE.
• Assist with stock, furniture, and equipment movements between bars, units, and kitchens.
• Ensure all waste is removed and recorded post‑event.
• Report any stock level issues or equipment damage promptly.
• Safely handle various items, including drinks, alcohol (keg) stock, bar and kitchen equipment, and food products.
• Perform any other tasks requested by the line manager or Head of Department to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Salary

£12.60 per hour
