Turner and Townsend is one of the leading consultancy providers to the Energy and Natural Resources sector. We are looking to recruit a Logistics Project Manager to undertake a key role on a high profile, South West based Energy Infrastructure project.
The Logistics Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the management of material and equipment logistics, ensuring the smooth flow of materials from their arrival at various warehouses across the South West to the construction site. This role involves seamless coordination of material deliveries, aligning distribution activities with project timelines, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. The role drives operational efficiency and streamlines material delivery processes, essential for meeting construction milestones and effectively allocating resources. The position requires logistics management skills, preferably with a background in supply chain operations, and the ability to address logistical challenges.
