A leading logistics company in the UK is seeking a Contract Manager to ensure the service and performance of contracts meet customer expectations while maximizing profitability. The preferred candidate will have line management experience and a track record in logistics or distribution. Responsibilities include managing budgets, achieving service level targets, and overseeing the service centre's performance. The Contract Manager is to ensure the service, image and performance of the contract in line with the customer's expectations. The Contract Manager will also maximise contract profitability, control costs, invoicing and ensure the timely submission of financial data. The role of the Contract Manager is also to ensure service level targets are achieved and exceeded whilst minimising delivery and collection costs in line with budget. In addition to this, the Contract Manage must manage all aspects of the contracts service centre ensuring the achievement of the contracts KPI’s as set out by both company and the customer.
