Our client are looking for a Logistics Manager to take full ownership of transport and distribution operations at their new Factory in the South of Poland.

This company operates over 70 countries. Following a major investment in European growth, this is a key role in strengthening their supply chain across the region.

As the Logistics Manager – South Poland, you’ll oversee all aspects of transport and dispatch ensuring efficient deliveries, cost control, and strong service levels. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to keep everything running on time and to budget.

A major part of your role will involve managing carrier relationships, verifying invoices, scheduling dispatches, and aligning with production and warehouse teams. You'll also track transport KPIs and look for opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs.

They're open to candidates from food, FMCG or manufacturing logistics backgrounds—but you must be able to do the following:

Take responsibility for the full transport cycle—from booking to delivery—while managing carrier contracts and ensuring compliance with lead times and service standards. You’ll also support new product launches, work across teams to plan logistics around promotions, and manage pallet tracking and hired assets.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing business. You'll need to be highly organised, comfortable working across systems, and confident communicating in English, Polish and German.

The role is based in South Poland, you would need to relocate for the position, our client are flexible on package to secure the right candidate.
