As Motive expands into the UK and EU, we are hiring a Logistics & Fulfilment Specialist to help build, manage, and optimize our regional logistics and fulfilment operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong operational instincts, hands‑on experience in 3PL management, and a track record of improving delivery performance across all sales channels. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day fulfilment excellence, inventory accuracy, inbound receiving, 3PL oversight, international shipping compliance, and carrier/customs broker management. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners across the U.S., EU, and Asia to ensure Motive delivers a reliable, cost‑efficient, and high‑quality customer experience. This is a high‑impact IC role where you will shape Motive’s UK/EU operations from the ground up.
