European Trailer Services Ltd are a transport haulage company & a Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly & experienced team based in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire.

No specific qualifications are required for this new opening. Although experience is preferrable.

This role is for an immediate start.

Job Duties
  • Planning & arranging collections & deliveries to & from inside the UK & in Europe
  • Ensuring smooth and timely transportation of goods from collection to delivery points
  • Regularly monitoring & booking shipment delivery dates & collections in both Europe & UK
  • Liaising with our overseas offices in regards to tracking & booking shipments & raising EU customs documents
  • Creating & processing UK customs documents & import clearances.
  • Booking ferries on various online portals for customer shipments.
  • Accurately inputting details of shipments on our in-house database Multifreight.
  • Supporting our accounts team to ensure shipment sales & costs are accurately inputted.
  • Answering & responding effectively to email requests & bookings & telephone calls from our customers & suppliers.
  • Proactively assisting colleagues and undertaking ad hoc duties, as required.
