Logistics and Trade Compliance Administrator
swindon or Royston
1 month contract
£22-28ph - PAYE

Responsibilities

• Processing outbound dispatches, including pre-shipment checks, creation of Commercial Invoices and maintenance of shipping records for UK domestic despatches and exports.
• Where JM is liable for the insurance of material, ensure that appropriate security measures have been taken in accordance with JM policy.
• Ensure advance planning of shipments to customers is coordinated with Customer support teams, Quality and Warehouse and Production departments to achieve deliveries within agreed timescales with correct quality at all times.
• Ensure compliance standards for all duty and customs controls, including documentation, correct use of tariff codes, and all required licenses as applicable.
• Commercial Invoice template maintenance.
• Monitoring and management of HT Export and Domestic Transport Log, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, coordinating with Warehouse teams to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor export status, ensure evidence of export declaration is provided and internal records maintained.
