Qualifications

  • Good communication skills essential for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Basic Maths and English proficiency required for administrative tasks.
  • Confidence in IT systems to streamline logistics processes.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls professionally.
  • Support the end-to-end order process efficiently.
  • Coordinate deliveries and collection requests using various courier services.
  • Book shipments with courier and freight partners as needed.
  • Update shipment manifests and CRM systems accurately.
  • Create invoices and assist with general accounts administration.
  • Respond to email and postal correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Organise, maintain, and file documentation systematically.
  • Provide general administrative support to the logistics team.

Skills

Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of Maths and English
Confident using IT systems
Microsoft Excel knowledge
