Overview

Unlock Your Potential: Trust Grade Junior Doctor at Devon Partnership NHS Trust, fixed term for 12 months.

We invite you to join us as a Trust grade Junior Doctor to be based on Salus Ward and Cypress ward in south Devon. The post holder will be available 9-5 Monday to Friday. The job plan includes 3 days at Salus and 2 days at Cypress ward.

Responsibilities

• Assess new patients, complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment and risk assessment with the support of the MDT.
• Ensure a person\'s physical health needs are met.
• Attend and document MDT reviews to develop skills in managing complex presentations to the mental health service.
• Ensure that appropriate information is shared with Primary Care colleagues and others to support continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families and carers, and all other members of the MDT.
