Qualifications

• Full registration with the General Medical Council and a Licence to Practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments for the frail elderly population.
• Participate in twice weekly MDT meetings for virtual frailty ward.
• Collaborate with Divisional and Service Managers to meet waiting list targets.
