Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer – Midlands - Up to £60 per hour umbrella – Remote Working – Initial 3-6+ months

The Role

Position: Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Rate: Up to £60 per hour umbrella

Duration: Initial 3-6 months with the possibility for extension

Location: Remote working, occasional office attendance is desirable

Hours: Full Time or Part Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a range of contracts and agreements
  • Advising on procurement strategy, compliance and risk mitigation
  • Supporting governance and statutory compliance
  • Drafting and negotiating JCT/NEC contracts, collateral warranties and guarantees
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a strong background in Commercial Contracts
  • Previous Local Government or Public Sector experience is essential
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimum supervision
