A prominent healthcare organization is seeking a Locality Administrator to join their Wokingham Community Older Adult Mental Health Service. The Wokingham Community Older Adult Mental Health Service is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly professional and highly motivated Locality Administrator to join our friendly and innovative team.
Your base would be Wokingham Community Hospital where we have access to free parking, staff room and a friendly and welcoming team. This role is primarily office based, however there may be opportunities for one day remote working in line with service needs.
Duties will include, organising clinics and home visits, entering and updating information on the patient information database as well as a range of shared administrative tasks including supporting the service to run smoothly and being the front door to our patients and carers. There is an expectation that you will provide secretarial support and associated administrative tasks to the consultant psychiatrists during periods of sickness / annual leave / and to meet service needs.

Have previous knowledge and experience of working in a busy office and/or customer care environment, undertaking a full range of administrative duties.
You must be enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated to contribute towards maintaining standards of high-quality care to our patients.
