Developing one of the most efficient heat pumps on the market. And turning the lights on only when needed. Both count. Both are us.,

Responsibilities
  • Manage related suppliers, liaising with Group Commodity Buyers to align with Group commodity strategies and Group policies and procedures, guaranteeing supplier performance in line with plant goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve successful outcomes for the business and manage issues relating to delivery performance (OTIF) and quality performance of suppliers.
  • Work closely with purchase ledger on invoice queries and understand and manage material price variances.
  • Update purchasing related data as required, including price information, schedule agreements, purchase orders and master data.
  • Evaluate and raise Engineering Change Requests (ECR) as necessary and carry out the local purchasing actions on the ECN's.
  • Support Material Supply Planners and Group Project Buyers and manage independently new product introductions, set up new part codes, create purchasing data and master data as required.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will be Degree educated and have excellent communication skills.

You should have a genuine interest in data analysis and be competent using Microsoft Office including Excel.

The ability to build and maintain relationships internally with key stakeholders and externally with suppliers and commercial partners is important.

SAP experience is desirable not essential.
