Join us as a Loans Agency Relationship Manager
Forming part of the frontline customer team, you’ll add value to the customer agenda by assuming primary responsibility for the end-to-end agency service for your specific complex portfolio of customers. You’ll deliver a best-in-class agency proposition, ensure high quality transaction execution, and provide excellent customer service. You’ll also identify and manage risks which will involve the proactive management of robust customer plans, data quality, and portfolio reporting.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need broad experience of the banking industry with a strong grounding in commercial environments. You\'ll have the ability to interpret, and negotiate complex transaction documents with appropriate support.
