A leading banking institution in London is seeking a Loans Agency Relationship Manager to deliver customer-centric agency services. You will manage complex relationships and ensure a best-in-market customer experience while supporting the origination of new customers. The role requires extensive banking experience and strong negotiation skills. A hybrid working model is in place, allowing flexibility between home and office environments.
Join us as a Loans Agency Relationship Manager
Forming part of the frontline customer team, you’ll add value to the customer agenda by assuming primary responsibility for the end-to-end agency service for your specific complex portfolio of customers. You’ll deliver a best-in-class agency proposition, ensure high quality transaction execution, and provide excellent customer service. You’ll also identify and manage risks which will involve the proactive management of robust customer plans, data quality, and portfolio reporting.

Once established in the role, you’ll support junior colleagues by sharing best practice and offering relevant coaching and development support.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need broad experience of the banking industry with a strong grounding in commercial environments. You'll bring a solid understanding of relevant legal policies and risk management, alongside strong commercial acumen and a broad knowledge of banking products. You'll have the ability to interpret, and negotiate complex transaction documents with appropriate support.
