Overview

Loading Supervisor – Night Shift: BCS Connect are recruiting for a Loading Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment in the Aldridge area. This temp-to-perm role offers weekly pay and genuine career progression. The role is based on night shifts, Monday to Friday, 00:00 – 08:00. Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient loading of vehicles, working both manually and with a counterbalance forklift.
• Ensure loading operations are carried out safely and accurately under pressure.

Qualifications

• Current valid counterbalance forklift licence.
• Experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer knowledge to complete loading records and update systems accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring vehicles are loaded safely and correctly.

Hours and Benefits

• Night shifts: Monday to Friday, 00:00 – 08:00.
• Pay: £14 per hour plus shift allowance; paid weekly.
