Job summary

A leading global recruitment company is seeking a Live Service Engineer based in Telford. This hybrid role requires providing live service support, managing incident resolution, and collaborating with teams to analyze issues. Candidates should have core skills in PL/SQL and Java, along with experience in ServiceNow and batch scheduling tools. The position offers a competitive pay rate of £483 per day inside IR35 for a duration of 12 months. SC clearance is required or candidates must be eligible for it.

Responsibilities

  • Provide live service support for the Client service.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents without breaching SLAs.
  • Manage and monitor batch scheduling processes.
  • Perform daily checks and triage ServiceNow tickets.
  • Support patching and failover activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elaborate issues and devise solutions.

Skills
