Job description

A lovely family in Golders Green is seeking a Full-time Live-in Nanny Housekeeper to support their household and care for their two children. The ideal candidate will be organised, experienced, and confident in managing the daily upkeep of a busy family home while also assisting with childcare and school runs. The family would love someone who can cook family meals—ideally Asian cuisine—and who is comfortable around their medium-sized Beagle. Fluency in English is required, and Tagalog is a bonus. A valid first-aid qualification is required.

This role is best suited to a candidate who can take initiative, run the household smoothly, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation. The position comes with private accommodation including a bedroom, bathroom, and a separate entrance.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Additional hours on Saturday mornings are a bonus and paid extra.

Accommodation

Private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance.

Duties include:

• laundry and ironing for a family of four
• wardrobe management and organisation
• maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-kept household
• preparing and cooking family meals (Asian cooking preferred)
• caring for important household items
• school runs 2–3 days per week
• supporting the children with routines and general care
• ensuring the children are always safe and happy
