• Strong experience delivering major OB or live broadcast contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of OB logistics, resource planning, and production workflows.
• Experience supporting budgets, cost control, and commercial decision-making.
• Understanding of contract management and operational implications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
• Exposure to commercial, contractual, or negotiation activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage crewing and resource planning across major broadcast contracts.
• Identify and mitigate resourcing risks in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
• Provide operational support to RFPs, contract renewals, and new business activity.
• Support contract reviews, supplier rates, and cost control processes.
• Act as a key interface between production, engineering, commercial, finance, and clients.
• Maintain planning tools, cost models, and operational templates.
• Support delivery of large-scale live broadcasts, including football and racing schedules.
