A leading hospitality brand in Greater London is seeking a talented Line Chef to join their kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. The ideal candidate has experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef and is passionate about delivering top-quality food. Foundry Project are looking for talented Line Chef’s to join our kitchen team at (LOCATION).
Our Foundry’s are home to our smoked cocktails, local craft beers and we consider ourselves to be specialists at serving ‘dirty’ burgers and wood-fired pizzas using the freshest ingredients. Each site has a unique industrial feel, showcasing our artisan approach to the style of food and drink we serve, the perfect setting for a bustling drinking and dining experience.
As a Chef de Partie in Foundry Project, you’ll know all there is to know about working in a fast paced kitchen and have a natural flair for presentation. From preparation to food handling and hygiene, as well as excellent time management skills - your contribution will certainly count. Whilst working in our kitchens no 2 days will be the same and you’ll be able to develop your skills with a variety of dishes and menus.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for creating amazing fresh food dishes and hoping to climb the ladder from Chef de Partie to Head Chef.
