We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at Bridge House, Spalding, Lincolnshire. As a Senior Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. Senior Practitioner will report to the Registered Manager and support Life Practitioners day to day.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must have held a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates are £12.31. Level 1 – £12.60, Level 2 – £13.10, Level 3 – £13.60. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
