There are three permanent posts with different working patterns. Please ensure you specify which role(s) you are interested in within the application form. One role is full-time, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. One is a part-time role, working 34 hours per week, which will be worked over 5 days Sunday to Thursday. The salary stated above is the full time salary, the pro-rata amount would be £29,539 to £32,299 (Incl. LWA). One is a part-time role, working 27 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a certain degree of flexibility. The salary stated above is the full time salary, the pro-rata amount would be £23,457 to £25,649 (Incl. LWA). We have an exciting opportunity to join our Student Centre team, primarily based at the Marylebone campus. To ensure consistency of service, occasional work at Cavendish and Harrow sites is to be expected. The posts are positioned within the Student Centre team, delivering first-line support for most of the university's student services. The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over live chat and via our Enquiry Management System (COMPASS). They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a number of teams. These roles are site/office based but there is an element of remote working for the Sunday shift and our 12-8pm (once every fortnight).
