A leading energy consultancy firm based in the UK seeks a Levy Exemption Specialist to conduct client analysis for eligibility in Energy Non-Commodity Levy Exemption Schemes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in STEM or equivalent experience and a strong understanding of the Levy Exemption process. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to analyze data, produce reports, and manage projects, while ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.

We are looking for a Non-Commodity Levy Exemption Specialist to join our successful Levy Exemption Team within the Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Division. This is a Home Based role with some travel to the office and client sites required.
You will be responsible for conducting client analysis for eligibility and qualification into Energy Non-Commodity Levy Exemption Schemes. These will include but not limited to Climate Change Agreements (CCA), Energy Intensive Industries (EII) exemptions, Mineralogical and Metallurgical (MinMet) exemptions, Carbon Price Support Mechanism (CPSM), Combined Heat and Power Quality Assurance (CHPQA), Feed in Tariff (FiT) and Network Charging Compensation Scheme (NCCS).
In addition, you will be involved in developing and updating procedures for these services, to meet the latest regulations, guidance and best practice standards.
