Contract: Full-time, Long-term; Pay: £83–£95 per day (dependent on experience); Start Date: Monday 3rd November 2025 (straight after October half term)

They’re now looking for a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Year 1 team. This is a full-time, long-term role starting 3rd November 2025 and continuing until further notice.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN in Year 1

• Supporting children with their learning, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans

• Encouraging independence, resilience, and progress for all pupils

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (essential)

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, etc.)
