Level 3 IT Solutions Apprenticeship - Advansys Technologies Limited

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our team as an IT Software Support Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for IT and software who can quickly learn new skills understand software workflows and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Apprenticeship Overview

Salary: 7.55 an hour. Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19 year olds.

Working Week: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm with a 1 hour break.

Hours: 30 hours per week.

Duration: 18 months.

Level 3 IT Solutions Technician standard qualification.

Online training supported by our dedicated tutor.

Location: 167-169 Great Portland Street London W1W 5PF

Website: first line of support answering calls and responding to client queries in clear professional English.

• Assist in providing technical and software support to clients and internal users.
• Learn and understand our software products in depth to provide effective user training and support.
• Create and manage system configurations as part of client setup and ongoing maintenance.
• Train users on how to use the software effectively and resolve basic technical issues.
• Log track and resolve support requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the development and support teams to improve user experience and system performance.
