As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner you will be required to work alongside the class teacher to deliver high quality lessons, supporting in class and leading small group and one to one session. You will need a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be confident doing observations, recording pupils progress and creating a safe and secure learning environment.
