Level 2 Sports Coach - Primary Schools (Colchester)

£10.00 - £12.21 per hour | Term-time | Part-time | Monday–Friday | Split shifts

We are looking for enthusiastic Level 2 qualified Sports Coaches to deliver fun, engaging physical activity sessions for children in local primary schools across Colchester.

This is a part-time, term-time role with regular weekday work, ideal for coaches who enjoy working with children and want consistent hours.

Working pattern
  • Breakfast clubs
  • Lunchtime activity sessions
  • After-school clubs
  • Optional multi-activity holiday clubs during school holidays
What you’ll be doing
  • Delivering fun, safe and engaging sports and activity sessions
  • Encouraging confidence, teamwork and participation
  • Creating a positive and inclusive environment for all children
  • Managing small groups and maintaining good behaviour
  • Acting as a positive role model in school settings
  • Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for
Essential
  • Age 18+ (insurance and Ofsted requirement)
  • Level 2 sports qualification

Desirable
