Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner Required in Footprint Netherton Nursery!

Hours: 19 hours per week, Sefton term time – (Wednesday 12–4, Thursday 8–4, Friday 8–4)

Permanent Position

Pay: £12.21 to £12.60) per hour dependant on qualification level

(An annual leave allowance is added onto hourly rate)

Venue: footprints@netherton nursery, Netherton, Bootle, L30 5QH

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Footprints Netherton family. We are looking for a level 2 or 3 early years practitioner to support our youngest children in our Rainforest Toddler Room.

If your passion is to see children thrive and develop in the early years we want to hear from you!

You will help with ensuring the requirements of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage are met and have experience working in a busy early years childcare setting.

The purpose of the role is to:

• Support children’s learning
• Be a ‘key person’ to a small group of children and build positive relationships with their families
• and development through play.
• Protect and promote the health and well-being of children.
• Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed.
• Promote positive relationships in the early years setting.

The successful applicants will meet the person specification. An enhanced DBS and other checks will be undertaken. At least Level 2 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent is required
