Lettings Property Manager

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Location: Maida Vale, London W9

Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their dynamic team in Maida Vale. In this office-based role, you will play a vital part in managing a diverse portfolio of both managed lettings and let-only properties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors, as well as collaborating closely with their Lettings Negotiators to ensure a seamless service for all parties involved. You will also oversee compliance matters related to lettings management, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Lettings Property Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of property management and lettings regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
