Qualifications

  • Experience within a Sales or Lettings role in the property market or housing industry.
  • Track record of achieving & sustaining high customer satisfaction results.
  • Good time management, ability to multitask, organise workload and work within a pressurised environment.
  • Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working within bespoke IT systems.

Lettings Negotiator

A privately owned but well established property developer who focus on the Build-to-Rent sector are looking to appoint a Lettings Negotiator to support the lettings team with their portfolio across the UK.

Working closely with the Property Manager you will be responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience over the telephone, by email and in person. You will be acting on enquiries in respect of properties across the portfolio and will be dealing with developments and properties in the leasing up phase, and when properties become available at the end of the lease period.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding service, building and maintaining great relationships.
  • Ensure customer information is recorded accurately with the software system.
  • Ensure registered applicants receive marketing information regularly.
  • Act on inbound calls and emails, ensuring you advise on what units are available for reservation and where possible secure a reservation 'off plan'.
  • Follow up on enquiries that have been made to maximise that potential enquiry.
  • Ensure applicants meet the referencing criteria before reservation.
  • Ensure where possible properties are reserved before they become vacant.
  • Contribute ideas that you believe would benefit the lettings function and will positively contribute to the delivery of the teams KPI's.
  • To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities or as necessitated by the needs of the business.
