Lettings Negotiator

26500 base salary (depending on experience)

29500 OTE

Our client believes lettings is about much more than paperwork and keys : it s about people places and helping tenants and landlords feel at home. They re a down-to-earth hard-working and friendly bunch who also know how to have a laugh and now we re on the lookout for a new Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team in Folkestone and Dover.

Your role

You ll be helping tenants find their next home supporting landlords arranging viewings managing enquiries and keeping everything running smoothly. No two days are the same and you ll need to be quick on your feet and great on the phone.

We re looking for someone who is :

• Friendly confident and good with people
• Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Proactive with a strong work ethic
• A good communicator (both in person and over the phone)
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Able to drive : you must have a full driving licence
