Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients conducting viewings and managing tenancies without the added responsibility of generating instructions. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth lettings transactions supporting both landlords and tenants while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Progress tenancies from offer to move-in
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
• Prepare marketing materials and maintain accurate records
• Support the branch in achieving lettings targets
• Assist the team with ad-hoc lettings-related tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or similar property role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional and well-presented
• Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude
• Motivated, results-driven and able to work well under pressure
• Local knowledge of Loughton and surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence desirable
